Asset Peak Performance is a reliability engineering company based in Lebanon. We help industrial plants find the faults that stop their machines, remove the causes, and train their own people to keep it that way. We work in Lebanon, and in Syria through our official partner, Modern Maintenance Center.
It started on the plant floor. In 1997 Johnny Frem joined SKF’s distributor in Lebanon as the specialist in bearings, lubrication, seals and alignment. For eleven years he worked inside power plants, cement plants, paper mills and food factories — analysing failed bearings, aligning and balancing machines, and running vibration, thermal and motor current checks. He began training plant teams in 1998.
In 2009 he founded Asset Peak Performance to do this work independently: to bring every condition monitoring technology together, choose the right one for each machine, and stay with the client until the problem is solved. Since then we have worked across Lebanon and the region, trained more than 800 engineers and technicians, and were a Mobius Institute training partner for over a decade: first in Lebanon, and from 2021 in Ghana and West Africa.
In 2015 Eng. Mohsen Ramadan founded Modern Maintenance Center in Syria. His engineers were trained by Asset Peak Performance, and MMC is our official partner for all work in Syria.
